PAYMENT: We make payment easy…we accept all major credit cards, checks or cash. Payment can be made at time of reservation or a convenient two-payment schedule can be arranged.

TICKETS: After payment is received in full your tickets can be mailed to you or we can hold them at will call.

MATERIALS: From posters to sign up sheets we provide the materials and expertise to make your event a success.

DINING / RECEPTION: We have many suggestions to help make your evening memorable.

SPECIAL NEEDS: Please advise up front if you have group members with special seating needs. i.e.: wheelchair, walker, trouble climbing stairs etc.

DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN YOUR GROUP? Due to the intimate nature of our theatre we do not allow children under the age of 5.

**FINE PRINT: You may adjust the size of your group (up or down) right up to the pre-established date the final payment is due. Once the final payment has been made, the tickets are non-refundable. After the final payment is made, tickets may still be added at the group rate (depending on availability) but the size cannot be reduced.
