PAYMENT: We make payment easy…we accept all major credit cards, checks or cash. Payment can be made at time of reservation or a convenient two-payment schedule can be arranged.
TICKETS: After payment is received in full your tickets can be mailed to you or we can hold them at will call.
MATERIALS: From posters to sign up sheets we provide the materials and expertise to make your event a success.
DINING / RECEPTION: We have many suggestions to help make your evening memorable.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Please advise up front if you have group members with special seating needs. i.e.: wheelchair, walker, trouble climbing stairs etc.
DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN YOUR GROUP? Due to the intimate nature of our theatre we do not allow children under the age of 5.
**FINE PRINT: You may adjust the size of your group (up or down) right up to the pre-established date the final payment is due. Once the final payment has been made, the tickets are non-refundable. After the final payment is made, tickets may still be added at the group rate (depending on availability) but the size cannot be reduced. Group rates and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. Group rates are different for Christmas productions. Please call for details.
