Colleen Kollar Smith first appeared on the Lamb's stage in 2002 and has returned across more than two decades as choreographer, director, actor, and creative collaborator on productions including West Side Story, Once, Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, The Fantasticks, Godspell, and Light in the Piazza. A multiple San Diego Theatre Critics Circle Craig Noel Award recipient, she co-created Mixtape with Jon Lorenz, which ran for more than three years at the Horton Grand Theatre, and commissioned and directed the world premiere of Miracle on 34th Street: A Live Musical Radio Play, now licensed through Concord Theatricals and produced worldwide. Colleen continues to serve as the Inaugural Executive Artistic Director of the Campus Performances and Events Office at UC San Diego. A San Diego native, she lives in Oceanside with her husband, actor/playwright Lance Arthur Smith, and their daughters Scottie and Pepper.

Mike Bradford spent fourteen years with the Moonlight Cultural Foundation as Director of Arts Education and Producer of Moonlight Youth Theatre, building the program from 120 students to more than 1,200 a year, and then served as Executive Director of Programming and Operations at Moonlight Stage Productions, where he ran the business operations side and programmed the Moonlight Presents concert series. His path to Lamb's also runs through Fortune 200 data analytics and service as a Flight Paramedic with the U.S. Air Force, including three years on the NASA Space Shuttle Medical Recovery Team. Mike and his wife Jennifer have been married thirty-three years and are the proud parents of three sons, Drew, Jake, and Josh, daughter-in-law Emma, and granddaughter Margot.

Jennifer Bradford brings more than a decade of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience to Lamb's. As Executive Director of the Moonlight Cultural Foundation, she led fundraising strategy, donor and patron relations, corporate sponsorships, special events, and community engagement, and oversaw the Moonlight Youth Theatre program. During her tenure she grew annual giving from $930,000 to more than $2.2 million in five years, served as project manager for the acquisition and renovation of Moonlight Studios and led the capital campaign that opened it, and built a planned giving program that generated substantial bequest funding. Jennifer and her husband Mike have been married more than thirty years and are the proud parents of three sons and a daughter-in-law, all working in theatre on stages across San Diego, and brand-new grandparents to Margot, who has stolen every scene since her debut.
